Pricing:
There are many factors that are out of our control. Due to these reasons, prices are subject to change without prior notice. Despite our constant effort to provide our visitors and buyers the most updated information, there will be inevitable a chance that our items may be priced at a different pricing level. In the event a product is advertised with incorrect information such as but not limited to incorrect prices, incorrect functionality promoted, incorrect pictures shown, typographical error, photographical error, technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Coffee Parts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products.
Ordering:
Due to extremely quick turnovers of our orders, Coffee Parts may at times have to restrict the number of certain items that you intended to or have already purchased. When certain items are limited in stocks, Coffee Parts reserves its rights to limit your purchase quantities to a lower amount. During times that you have ordered more quantity than we can supply, we will communicate with you and provide you different options available at that time. We promise you, the customers, that we give our continued commitment to fulfil your order request. However, in all circumstances, Coffee Parts reserves its rights to refuse any order. Reason(s) of such refusal will be communicated to you.

Shipping / Delivery:
Our products are delivered via: Registered Post (E-Parcel), Express Post (E-Parcel Express) or by Courier. An email with the consignment tracking number is sent at the end of the business day, if applicable. Shipping duration is generally the next working day (from when payment has been received by Coffee Parts) depending on the location of the customer. In the event that our couriers return the goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of redelivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.
How is my order delivered?
All parcels are picked up from the Coffee Parts warehouse by either Australia Post for orders under 20kgs, or couriers for orders above, every business day. All parcels are sent by either Registered Post (E-Parcel), Express Post (E-Parcel Express), International Registered Post or International Express Post, and all parcels have tracking numbers whcih are emailed to you at the end of the day. How much is postage and handling if my order is being sent within Australia?
Postage and Handling for orders being sent within Australia is a flat rate fee of $10.00 for all orders under 3kgs. Order above this weight may incur further charges.

Which countries does Coffee Parts deliver to?
International orders are common. Coffee Parts can deliver to all countries across the globe.
Returns Policy:
Machines, Electrical Items, Books and DVD's will not be accepted for return or exchange. All other items will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be approved by Coffee Parts and goods must be returned within seven days of receipt with the original invoice. After seven days, goods received back at Coffee Parts may be denied refund and/or given in store credit only. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within seven days of receipt. Lost packages and shipping claims must be reported by you to both Coffee Parts and to the freight carrier used.
Warranty:
All spare parts and accessories have a 7 days return policy, unless stated otherwise. Machines purchases cannot be returned and generally carry a 12 months back-to-base manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please email us at
info@coffeeparts.com for further instructions. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning the product to us. All products need to be returned in original packaging, and good care is to be taken when packaging to ensure no damage occurs in transit. Coffee Parts has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation. The terms of our warranty are as follows:

This warranty shall not apply to wear and tear or damage incurred during transport. At the time of return, pack equipment carefully against shock, insure parcel, enclosed original invoice and describe defects. This warranty excludes any liabilities which are not expressed above, such as forwarding expenses or travel.
