The Bezzera Domus Galatea is a high quality product built with Professional technology components, combined with a classic design like lever group E61 style, that allow to serve delicious coffee and cappuccinos in few seconds. Body in stainless steel AISI 304 polish, group heated by the classic thermosiphonic system, copper boiler with internal heating exchanger that allow to produce coffee and steam at the same time. Please note: the rotary pump version is a plumb-in only model.
Espresso, as we know it today, originated at the beginning of the twentieth century. In 1901, Luigi Bezzera built a coffee machine that had a boiler and four divisions. This machine forced steam and boiling water through coffee and into the cup. This machine is considered the beginning of espresso, and set a path for espresso machines.
