Bezzerra BB004 Coffee Grinder
The Bezzera BB004 grinder offers stepped grind settings together with an adjustable dosage setting, meaning you can vary the dose of coffee dispensed into the portafilter. Both bean hopper and doser glass are blue tinted, to minimize light effect on the beans.
Bezzera have a long history in the coffee industry with espresso, as we know it today, originated at the beginning of the twentieth century. In 1901, Luigi Bezzera built a coffee machine that had a boiler and four divisions. This machine forced steam and boiling water through coffee and into the cup. This machine is considered the beginning of espresso, and set a path for espresso machines.
