1. How do I make an order at Coffee Parts Online?
Anyone can place an order online, with most orders placed before 3pm aest being processed and despatched on the same working day. If you are a Coffee Machine Technician or Coffee Raoster / Wholesaler, send an email to info@coffeeparts.com and we may be able to offer further discounts to the already low online prices.

2. How is my order delivered?
All parcels are picked up from the Coffee Parts warehouse by either Australia Post for orders under 20kgs, or couriers for orders above, every business day. All parcels are sent by either Registered Post (E-Parcel), Express Post (E-Parcel Express), International Registered Post or International Express Post, and all parcels have tracking numbers whcih are emailed to you at the end of the day. If you have not received your parcel within the specified time frame and believe that it could be lost or delayed, you may call the Coffee Parts warehouse on +61 2 9666 6114, from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm or you can email info@coffeeparts.com for more information.

3. How much is postage and handling if my order is being sent within Australia?
Postage and Handling for orders being sent within Australia is a flat rate fee of $10.00 for all orders under 3kgs. Order above this weight may incur further charges.

4. How much is postage and handling if my order is being sent overseas?
Please call the Coffee Parts warehouse on +61 2 9666 6114, from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm or you can email info@coffeeparts.com for an estimate of freight charges.

5. Which countries does Coffee Parts deliver to?
International orders are common. Coffee Parts can deliver to all countries across the globe.

6. Does Coffee Parts deliver to PO BOX addresses?
Yes, in most cases we do deliver to PO BOX addresses, as we understand that some remote areas do not have mail box addresses and must use PO BOX addresses, however for machine and equipments you will need a physical address for delivery.

7. How long does it take from the time I order Online until my order is sent?
Most orders are processed and sent same working day of the order being received if placed before 3pm aest, unless informed otherwise of any delay. (This does not include weekends, as the warehouse is only open from Mon-Fri and closed for public holidays.)

8. How long does it take to deliver my order if it is being sent within Australia?
Parcels within Australia should be delivered in approximately 1-2 business days after being placed, unless being sent to a remote island, or remote parts of Australia such as NT. Parcels to WA can take between 2-5 business days to be delivered.

9. How long does it take to deliver my order if it is being sent overseas?
International Express Post parcels should be delivered in approximately 1-5 business days, depending on how far your location is from Australia. International Registered Post parcels should be delivered in approximately 4-21 business days, depending on how far your location is from Australia. Due to varying postals services across the globe, Coffee Parts is unable to give a more accurate time frame. Please note this is an approximation.

10. Are prices and totals shown in Australian dollars or in my own currency?
Prices are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

12. How can I cancel an order?
